The Hanoi Declaration — the landmark output of the most recent KLIC cycle — establishes a country-led roadmap for interoperability, equity, accountability and partner alignment. As KLIC moves into 2026–2027, countries are tracking implementation pledges and co-designing the next cycle's priorities with donors and technical partners. GaneshAID is now accepting expressions of interest for the 2026–2027 scoping phase.
